Mikhail Kaniskin’s visit has been rescheduled to September 2nd–7th, just in time to kick off our fall semester! We are incredibly grateful for his commitment and excited for the opportunity to learn from his expertise during this special visit. His guidance will be an invaluable addition to our dancers’ training, and we look forward to an inspiring week with him!
A true luminary in the world of ballet, Mikhail has graced the stage as the Principal Dancer of the Staatsballett Berlin and has captivated audiences worldwide with his artistry and passion.
From winning the prestigious Best Duet Award at the Dance Open Festival to directing groundbreaking productions like the Danzatlán International Festival, Mikhail has redefined the boundaries of dance. His dedication to the arts and his innovative spirit make him an inspiration to dancers everywhere.
In addition to his illustrious career as a performer, Mikhail is set to take on a prestigious new role in 2026 as the Associate Director of the John Cranko School in Stuttgart, one of the world's leading institutions for classical ballet training. This appointment reflects his exceptional contributions to the art of ballet and his dedication to nurturing the next generation of dancers.

Sebastian Vinet
Sebastian is a highly respected ballet artist and a teacher in the ballet world, having served as a judge for prestigious competitions such as the Prix de Lausanne and YAGP. He has also worked as a guest teacher for renowned institutions and companies, including American Ballet Theatre, ABT Studio Company, Ballet Nacional Sodre, and Les Ballets de Monte-Carlo, among others.
